On leaving school, I began training as an electrical technician with BT in central London.  At the age of forty, after a varied career, I went on to gain 26 years experience in further education as a lecturer and NVQ assessor/verifier.  I am a retired member of IET and have published a text book that provides an accessible introduction to training methods and principles, for those beginning as trainers.
